Heat transfer simulation of heat sink involves an analysis focused on thermal performance of an industrial heat sink both in the conceptual and early design stages. In this projet heat transfer simulation of a heat sink has been performed. simulation file is also attached for download. More details will follow shortly. Unfortunately, I dont remember the source of Heat Sink 3D model used in this project. If someone knows please let me know.
