Thermal analysis is the study of properties of materials with respect to the change in temperature. In thermal analysis simulations the physical or chemical properties of a substance are analyzed when it is heated, cooled, or held at a constant temperature with the help of a computer. Thermal Analysis is important in a number of industries such as composites, pharmaceuticals, polymers, petroleum, foods, inorganic and organic etc. This project is about the thermal analysis of Orion spacecraft. Software used in this analysis is ANSYS Workbench. Boundary conditions are Temperature 9K C with convection 22 C and % W/m²C. Mesh consists of around 69k elements.
