Hi David, it seems in some areas your geometry has gaps bigger than mesh size you set for meshing. Try to adjust the mesh size accordingly.

You can try to use virtual topology settings of meshing tool or manipulate geometry (e.g. use merge neighboring faces to remove smaller faces) in Design Modeler to get rid of these errors.

As already pointed out above problem seems to be related to mesh size. May be try to reduce Curvature Normal Angle (mesh>sizing>curvature normal angle). You can also try to play around with the model tolerance in Design modeler.
