InterFoam
For simulating two phase flows OpenFOAM employs interFoam solver. More precisely it is used for 2 incompressible, isothermal and immiscible fluids. For interface tracking VOF (volume of fluid) phase-fraction based approach is exploited with the option of mesh motion and mesh topology changes including adaptive re-meshing. There is also a steady-state version of this solver available called LTSInterFoam which uses local-time stepping (LTS) method. Another extended version of interFoam is interDymFoam which has additional capabilities of mesh modification. Some example simulations with InterFoam solver can be found here: https://fetchcfd.com/search-projects-by-tag/113-InterFoam
