Flow around a ship hull is simulated using OpenFOAM. This is an example/tutorial from OpenFOAM test cases. Solver employed is interFOAM with local-time stepping technique known as LTSInterFOAM. InterFOAM is a volume of fluid (VoF), interface-tracking solver. OpenFOAM simulation files are also attached for download.
