This video shows the results for a simulation I ran on a 2d rectangular cylinder. The mesh was specified using blockMesh, the solver is pimpleFoam, the turbulence model is a komegasst, inlet velocity of 1 m/s, 1x1 m cylinder, and 2 cases (Re = 5e5 & 5e7). Along with velocity and pressure animations (surfaceLIC) the following plots are presented: 1.) Drag vs Time: Case 1 2.) Lift vs Time: Case 1 3.) Drag vs Time: Case 2 4.) Lift vs Time: Case 2 5.)
